From Drilling to Flow
Every project follows a rigorous, field-tested process — from the first strike of the drill to the moment water flows from your tap.
Our Proven 5-Step Methodology
We make complex groundwater engineering simple and transparent. Each stage is executed by certified technicians using industry-leading equipment, ensuring structural integrity, water quality and long-term performance at every depth.
Inspection & Survey
A methodical, science-led site survey using geophysical resistivity, VES and surface mapping to pinpoint the highest-yield aquifer zones and reduce the chance of a dry hole.

Precision DTH Drilling
Pneumatically driven Down-The-Hole hammers deliver rapid, vertical penetration through hard rock — up to 250m deep — while maintaining borehole straightness and core integrity.

Steel Casing & PVC Lining
Heavy-duty steel casing stabilises the upper, unstable layers, while corrosion-resistant food-grade PVC lining protects the deeper water column from leaching and debris.

Pump & Electrical Engineering
We select and fit a submersible or surface pump matched to your tested yield and daily demand, with IP65 control automation, dry-run protection and optional solar power.

Tank, Storage & Sign-Off
Custom storage tanks and booster systems are integrated for steady pressure and load-shedding resilience, followed by yield, flow and quality testing before final hand-over.

Engineering Excellence at Every Depth

Precision DTH Drilling — up to 250m
The Down-The-Hole (DTH) method is our standard for the hard-rock environments common across South African districts. A pneumatically driven hammer mounted directly above the bit provides rapid, vertical penetration while maintaining borehole straightness and core integrity.
- High-pressure air hammers accelerate penetration, lowering drill days
- Real-time cuttings analysis informs final bore placement
- Reduced deviation and minimal reaming requirements
Casing & Structural Integrity
Upper-borehole stabilisation is achieved with heavy-duty steel casing, protecting against collapse through overburden and weathered zones while providing a barrier to surface contaminants. Deeper sections receive corrosion-resistant, food-grade PVC lining.
- Seals out surface runoff, effluent and near-surface pollutants
- Correct annular grouting extends functional life
- Casing grade, diameter & depth matched to geotechnical conditions

Tank & Storage Integration
The final stage transforms your borehole from a simple water source into a fully managed water supply system — sized to your exact operational requirements.
- Consistent water pressure to every outlet on your property
- Load-shedding resilience through stored reserve capacity
- Scalable from 2,500-litre domestic to 50,000-litre-plus commercial
